Rachael Gaulin, Staff Writer

Hello, my name is Rachael Gaulin and I am a 15-year-old sophomore. I don’t have any journalism experience but I did take a photo and film class in seventh grade. I also took a yearbook class in eighth grade because I really enjoy doing photography. I have been playing school and travel volleyball for three years, going on my fourth year this year. Some of my hobbies are art, photography and I just started to get into digital art. Some interests of mine are skateboarding, reading and watching anime. In seventh grade, I got a photograph of mine selected to be in the 2018 Macomb County Secondary Student show. I am really art orientated because I want art and/or photography to be a part of my future and pursue it even if it's just a side job.

“Going back to school has been pretty long and stressful. The best part is being able to see people in person again. My least favorite part is that it’s hard to spend time with friends due to the assigned lunch seats and one-way halls, which have definitely been a big change,” senior Jaden Potance said.
