Hi, I am a junior, my name is Elizabeth and this is my first year on the journalism staff. I have always taken honors English classes because of my love for writing and decided to take this class in order to explore that further. I hope to pursue a career that combines my interests of reading, writing and drawing. I have a dog named Waffles who is a German and Australian shepherd mix, and whom I love more than anything. In my free time I enjoy taking Waffles for walks, watching movies with friends, painting and doodling. I am an avid reader and will read any genre besides nonfiction. I rely heavily on caffeine, music and Pinterest to function. I look forward to learning about photography and journalism.

Get loud. During the Homecoming game senior Kenneth Vroom enjoys the view of the field from his friend’s shoulders. Vroom is a fan of football and attended every home game. “It was just kind of cool to see the school cop participating in school events, bringing everyone together,” Vroom said.
