Lauren Kostiuk, Editor-in-Chief
My name is Lauren Kostiuk. Ever since I was little I've always been fascinated with people and their stories. I took Journalism as a sophomore and continued to take Newspaper as a Junior. This year will be my second year on staff and I've taken on the role of Editor-in-Chief. My main focus is expanding our publication into the digital age.
But my life isn't all Newspaper (even though it feels like it sometimes). I like to go on walks at Stoney Creek Metropark with my dog or relax at a coffee shop in downtown Rochester. I’m very influenced by music and photos because I find it an easy way to express myself. I’m sad this is my last year of high school but I’m also looking forward to attending college and pursuing what I love, journalism.
