Snack bites

1. In a medium bowl, pour one cup of old fashioned oats, ¼ cup of quick cooking oats and ½ ground flaxseed
2. Next, add in ½ cup of natural peanut butter, 1 cup honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla and ¼ teaspoon salt
3. Mix all ingredients together
4. Form mixture into small balls
5. Add in a choice of dark chocolate, dried apple pieces, shredded coconut, dried banana chips, etc.
