Seniors kick off their last year as eagles at the senior sunrise

World language Christmas cuisine
In the school parking lot, senior Kayla Livingston looks at the aftermath of the burning houses. “I think it turned out good. My friend and I worked on it for a while. We put a lot of decorations in it. It burned very well, weirdly.” She wishes she would have built the house instead of buying one if she could go back and do it again.
Beware burning
Ike, the elf, is placed on a sign before school for students to find. Every morning, administrative assistant Sandra Austin hides the elf and the first student to email her a picture of the elf wins a prize. “I think it will last a long time. Elves were really popular,” senior Sandra Dawood said.
Elf back on Ike’s Shelves
The students in Mrs. Holts 5th hour practice Christmas songs to prepare for their holiday concert. Sophomores Brooke Fortier and Vivian Catlin are in the front row of Mrs. Holt’s 5th hour and are practicing singing and dancing.

Sophomores’ Success
Mock-up designs showcase what the new baseball and softball field will look like after construction. “With this bond, it's been a focus on some bigger items, like Swineheart and the baseball fields because the need is there. They are so run down,” Manzella said. New elements for the area include trees, concessions, restrooms, and sidewalks.
