Junior Jessica Korte and her friend Lily Ekimian stand in front of the pyramids in Egypt. They served as ushers for their school’s graduation ceremony, which took place in the deserts of Cairo, Egypt. “When I see the pyramids I am just amazed that I can be by a piece of history that has been there for 1,000s of years,” Korte said.

The Show Choir performs “King of New York” from “Newsie”, on Oct.15. “My favorite song to sing out of the “Newsies” medley is ‘King of New York,’ because I am the king.” Show Choir Junior Chas Cacchione said. They prepared for the concert since the beginning of the school year.
