Students learn leadership
Select students were chosen to participate in a day that consisted of games, teamwork and sub sandwiches.
“I learned that I need to step forward,” sophomore Taylor Kish said. “I need to be a leader and contribute to the school.”
On Nov. 6 Student Council hosted Leadership day. The participants were select students who had the mind and the skill to be leaders in the building. They were taught how to guide others and be active members in the school.
“I really liked how it was themed,” sophomore student council member Haley Velez said. “‘Not all heroes wear capes, we can all be super’.”
