As a 4.0 student and someone who loves to write, I enrolled in journalism to do what I love. Hello, my name is Skyler Wolfe and I’m a senior this year. I’m shy and not the best at talking to new people, so journalism is perfect because it gets me out of my comfort zone. Ever since seventh grade, I’ve been in an advanced English class. I like to be involved in the school, as I’m in a variety of clubs as well. At home, I have two younger sisters and a black Labrador retriever. I also love being with my family and helping others.

Aim for greatness. With a low GPA requirement for student-athletes, it pushes them to do the bare minimum. If the school raised the GPA requirement; it would enforce a try-hard attitude onto athletes.
