Most of the ingredients are things found around the house; two eggs, half-a-cup of oil and one box of strawberry cake mix. These cookies are super soft and full of strawberry flavor.

They are best topped with powdered sugar and sprinkles. For the best results, stir all three ingredients together to get a smooth dough texture. Then place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes so it’s easier to work with once chilled. Once chilled, roll the dough into small balls on a lined baking sheet, then bake at 350 degrees for nine to 11 minutes.

Ingredients: 

Two large eggs

½  Cup of oil 

One 15.25 oz of Strawberry cake mix. 

 

Toppings: 

Powdered Sugar (optional)

Sprinkles (optional) 

 

Directions: 

Place all three ingredients together into a large bow

Then mix the ingredient until well combined 

Place the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and leave in the fridge for 15-20 min

Once cooled, take out of the fridge and roll into small cookie like shapes 

Then bake at 350  for 9-11 minutes 

Once baked all the way through remove let them cool before topping with powdered sugar
