        Eisenhower football playoffs

        Soaring into playoffs, the Varsity football team earns a win against Adams with a score of 24-0. The team will play their second playoff game next weekend against Lake Orion.

        Senior defensive lineman Michael Dziadula is celebrating with junior defensive lineman Marco Fodale after a big play against Dakota. The Eagles went on to win this game 21-14 on October 11th to split the MAC red title.

        Powderpuff players prepare
        During the homecoming game versus Anchor Bay, 
 junior kicker Rocco Fedrigo kicks off. With alumni watching, the game went into double over time after a close scoreboard during the game. Fedrigo nailed the game winning field goal. “It was just a good moment and I was really proud of myself for the work I put it,” Rocco said. “It really paid off on the field.”
        Friday night lights
        The team celebrates their District Championship win over Lake Orion on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019 sporting their traditional playoff bleached hair. “It’s something we do here every time we have playoffs and usually the whole team gets their hair bleached,” senior quarterback Blake Rastigue said.The bleached hair dates back to 1999, according to head coach Chris Smith.

        With determination written all over his face, senior quarterback Blake Rastigue practices throwing in anticipation for the Friday game. “It's fun because it's a big role and I get to be the leader for the team,” Rastigue said. He also went over running plays afterwards to ensure readiness for the actual play to be carried out on game day.

        The varsity girl's lacrosse team won their first game of the season against Grosse Point North. They beat them 11-5.

        After a final season full of dedicated bowling, senior Dylan Harnden gets awarded Michigan Bowler of the Year. "I had no idea that it was that was getting the award," Harnden said. Harnden and his team also won the D1 state championship.

        During an award ceremony Sensei Jon Davis awards junior Cara Wolf her kobudo belt. “I felt very proud of myself at that moment, I worked very hard to get this belt,” Wolf said.

        "It's [Sports] going to be the best decision of your life, and you won't regret it. It's a great way to make friends and just overall be a better person and learn the right things," said senior Michael Dziadula.
        Aspiring athletes
        Looking for wrist control, senior  Elijah Halbert gains on his opponent. “I started wrestling because I was interested in MMA and it teaches me life skills,” Halbert said. He has wrestled for three years.
