Preparing for their holiday performance, the choir practices singing songs, working diligently and bonding as one.
“I feel like I’ve performed really good and especially my section. We’ve really done good this year, since everyone in our section is new,” senior Sydney Gower said.
The students will perform the holiday concert in the Performing Arts Center on Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. They are performing many songs, including “Carol of the Bells,” “Winter Wonderland” and “Santa Clause is Coming to Town.”
“Everyone’s gotten stronger and gotten better at forming their facial expressions,” vocal music director Julia Holt said. “The kids have been really motivated, which is really helpful, and they’re having a lot of fun.”
