Hi, my name is Viktoria Samsel and I’m a junior who is a second-year staffer. After taking journalism my sophomore year not only did it teach me a variety of skills, but it also brought me so many amazing memories and people. What originally drew me to journalism is my passion for writing. Growing up I would love to write all kinds of essays in school or just journal in my free time. Alongside having an interest in writing I love to spend time with my friends and family. Having close people in my life not only brings me joy but also amazing memories, companionship, support and most importantly love. I’m eager to find out what yet another year of being on staff withholds for me. Whether it’s making new friends or expanding my journalistic skills.
