Optimistic and outgoing. Hi, everyone. My name is Mia Wrobel and I am currently a senior. This is my first year in journalism, but I have always had a passion for writing. I loved my AP lang and other English courses I have taken. Outside of school you will find me at dance; I have been dancing competitively since the age of four. I am on the varsity dance team and I dance for Dancers Edge Studio. Other than dance I love to bake, read, travel and hang out with my family and friends. I am so excited for this year and the opportunities journalism will bring!

Watch out! Getting pushed in a shopping cart, officer Lauren Weiss makes her way through the commons during anything but a backpack spirit day. Weiss believes participating in spirit days is important, since you only get four years of highschool. “I felt like a superstar, I was waving and everyone was waving back and taking pictures.
