Easy peasy. This five-ingredient smoothie bowl is a healthy and convenient after-school snack. Overall, it took only 15 minutes to make and easy clean-up.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • Apple juice
  • Frozen Mangos
  • Bananas
  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Acai

Toppings:

  • Sliced bananas
  • Cashews
  • Granola

Instructions: 

  1. In a blender, add apple juice, banana, frozen berries, plain Greek yogurt, and açaí puree.
  2. Blend ingredients on high-speed until combined smoothly.
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl and put optional toppings over your smoothie and serve.
