Mini but Mighty

Dash Mini Waffle Maker recipes

Mini+but+Mighty

Sometimes making breakfast can be a long and tedious process, but with the help of Dash’s mini waffle maker, these two recipes are quick and easy.

First up is a chocolate chip waffle recipe created by Dash. With this particular recipe, this entire batch  was able to make ten mini waffles.

First mix your wet and dry ingredients into two separate bowls, then combine into one bowl and stir until smooth.  Make sure when filling the waffle maker to fill it no more than half way and let the waffles sit for at least a couple minutes for a soft and fluffy outcome. To make them crisper, leave them in for at least 3½ minutes.

The recipe recommends topping the waffles with fresh berries and maple syrup, but even without the extra dressings, the waffles still turned out to be a sweet success and something to definitely try again.

The second recipe was a keto bacon, egg and cheese chaffle by “Saving You Dinero.” This recipe is a quick and easy process with a delicious outcome. Mixing up all the ingredients came easy and it only took a couple minutes to fully cook.

When pouring in the mixture, try not to put everything in the middle, but instead make sure that the mixture is spread out so the bacon hits the whole surface of the chaffle (cheese waffle).

Overall this keto chaffle was tasty and the cooking process is a quick, fun way to start your morning.
