This quick and easy homemade baked french fry recipe rose as one all need to absolutely give a try due to its kick of flavor.
To start off, the cooking time resulted in half of what the original directions said; from having to soak the sliced potatoes in water ahead of time.
The great taste overcame the slight down side of these soggy yet crispy textured french fries.
These flavorful french fries tasted amazing by themselves. The dill weed seasoning added a delicious boost, making them stand out in comparison to plain, old, regular fast food french fries.
Let’s talk about condiments. Paired with Heinz Tomato Ketchup, the fries transformed into this sweet and warm appetizer. Dipped into homemade ranch (The Best Homemade Ranch Salad Dressing – Barefeet in the Kitchen), the fries tasted like they came right out of a gourmet restaurant.

The second recipe…

When craving fries but the weather happens to fall a haze, opt to make homemade baked french fries.
This fry recipe took one third less of the instructed cooking time. Which in no way accumulates to the amount of time it takes to drive to a local fast food place, order, wait for the fries and drive back home to eat them. Also, making them homemade ensures the safety, authenticity and freshness of the ingredients.
The texture came about a bit crispy, almost chip-like. In fact, they tasted similar to Lays Classic Potato Chips.
At first, the fries tasted golden. After a while, they seemed boring and developed a weird flavor.
However, these fries have yet not mixed too well with Heinz Tomato Ketchup. Together, it created an off unsettling taste. With homemade ranch (The Best Homemade Ranch Salad Dressing – Barefeet in the Kitchen), it tasted good, but better exists.
