Tasty eating can be made healthy with this Chicken and Rice bowl, made with all-natural ingredients only and still has a great flavor. Not only are the ingredients easy to find but the recipe itself is quick and easy.

This dinner includes avocados, broccoli rice, spinach, lettuce, cooked tomatoes and grilled chicken, which is all pure, healthy eating. Not only is this meal low in salt, but it also includes 32 grams of protein.

The best way to make this recipe included adding a Simply Organic all purpose spice. This went over the broccoli rice to add some flavor. Pepper was also included as an extra spice which gave the chicken the extra flavor it needed.  Using broccoli, avocado oil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken breast, tomatoes, basil, spinach, and avocados one can easily put together a healthy nutrition bowl that tastes delicious and fills a body with the nutrients it needs.

This veggie rice bowl deserves a 5 out of 5. The best part was the short amount of time it took to make and having the knowledge that the ingredients used are nourishing for the body. This recipe is recommended to those who wrestle with diet, weight loss, or struggle to find low calorie meals. 

 Ingredients and amounts included are: 100 grams broccoli, 3 teaspoons of avocado oil, 2 teaspoons of oregano, 1 teaspoon of thyme, sprinkle amount of salt and pepper, 100 grams of chicken breast, 1 handful of basil and spinach, and 50 grams of avocado.     

The avocado oil, pepper, and oregano heat in a saucepan for approximately 3-4 minutes to heat on the stove and the chicken should be cooked until fully white on all sides. The rest is mixed dry.
