Vine/meme day takes place on Halloween.

Halloween is a day to dress up as various different things—including memes and vines.

“If you think about it there’s one thing that a lot of kids do and that’s quote vines and memes and all that other stuff so definitely this is going to bring everybody together and that’s out whole purpose of it,” student council president Therese Reinhold said.

On October 31 students can dress up as their favorite vines or memes as opposed to the usual Halloween costumes. Student council got this idea from other schools who put on a vine/meme day.

“We expect to see a lot [of participation],” Reinhold said. “There are a lot of kids that are already talking about what memes and vines they’re going to do.”
