This is my first year of taking journalism as a sophomore at Ike. My name is Abigail Kelly and I am super excited to start my journey of writing and publishing. I always help my mom design things for her small business, which inspired me to take journalism. I always loved to write in elementary school, and I would always make a story for any assignment that needed one. I took this class not just because of the friends but also because of my love for writing. My goal for this year in journalism is to make one good story that will leave people amazed. I love my dogs and hanging out with friends. I especially love hanging out with my twin sister and cousin. Doing sports keeps my mind fresh, especially while swimming in a race or playing an exciting tennis match.
