Hopping from boutique to bridal store anxiously zipping up dozens of dresses, girls desperately try to find the perfect dress.

With prom season approaching its Height some students are getting a leg up on prom dress shopping. With hundreds of shops and thousands of dresses to choose from some girls are starting early.

“I feel like I have a big weight lifted off my shoulders” senior Emily Davies said. “I don’t have to worry about rushing to find a dress.”

Prom is seven weeks away June 6th on a tuesday. Some girls decide to buy their dress weeks or months ahead of time. Some want to be the first to pick from the pile. Finding the perfect dress takes time, some girls don’t want to wait until the last second.
