Cap and gown parade
The seniors received their cap and gowns May 19 and paraded with them on the last 10 minutes of school to the sophomores, juniors and faculty to their class song.
“It was really fun being able to walk around in our cap and gowns in front of everyone and do it with our friends.” senior Connor Jones said.
This is the first year that the seniors have walked in their cap and gowns at school before the actual graduation held at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
“We wanted to do this so the seniors could show off all their hard work during their 4 years of high school,” senior class Vice President Lorenzo Santivica said. “We’re starting a tradition for many years to come.”
