Krenzel Retiring
Checking emails, and counting money, these everyday activities are somethings bookkeeper Debbie Krenzel will miss as she ends her final year.
“My favorite thing to do every year is help Mrs. [Amber] Bronson with prom, it’s so nice to see the kids dressed up and having fun. It is one of the things I will miss the most,” said Krenzel.
She worked in the building for 10 years and at the board office for five years, Krenzel will retire on Jun. 26.
“I love my job, it’s just time to be a person again,” she said.
Spending free time traveling and visiting her grandchildren in Ohio and North Carolina, Krenzel looks forward to this because she doesn’t see them often.
“I’m going to miss all of the staff at IKE, Mrs. [Nanette] Chesney, the kids, everyone, has made my experience here wonderful,” Krenzel said.”This definitely is going to be a hard exit.”
