With all the stress and madness of students turning in last minute assignments, taking final test and teachers rushing to put in grades for quarter three, the Annual Utica Community Schools K-12 Fine Arts Festival could not come at a better time.

“It was really excited when I found out about my fashion being in the art show, I couldn’t believe they picked me out of so many other talented students.”  Senior Stephanie Buhaj said.

This years art show will be held everyday from Monday, March 31, thru Friday, April 4. Opening night doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and students with artwork selected to be part of the display will be attending. Shuttle buses will be available on Monday, March 31st only, at Switzer Elementary School, Wiley Elementary School and Eisenhower High School.

“All students who were chosen showed a unique and interesting thought process and wonderful creativity with their artwork,” Art Teacher Nancy Druia said. “Each one deserves to be in this show, showing off their stunning piece of artwork.”

The 2014 UCS K-12 Fine Arts Festival will be open to the public:
