Samantha Brown, Staff Writer
Hey everyone, my name is Samantha Brown and I am a staff writer on the Eagles Eye newspaper. I am a sophomore who will be turning sixteen in February. My biggest interest, other than writing, is music. I have been singing as long as I can remember and I have been playing percussion for close to eight years. I play in the Wind Ensemble and I play snare on the drum line. I am also part of the quiz bowl team. I am completely obsessed with the TV show Supernatural and classic rock music. When I grow up, I hope to be an optometrist and have a small family of my own. This is my first year on the newspaper staff, but I was editor-in-chief of the Shelby Junior High yearbook last year. I love writing for this paper, and I hope you all enjoy it!
