Sophomore Julia Pelchat stopped for a minute to talk about her first day of high school.

Q: So it’s your first day of high school, are you excited?

A: I’m really excited, because I heard you’re more free. You can do what you want, but still have to follow some guidelines.

Q: Do you like the classes you have so far?

A: Yeah, some of them seem really difficult, but I think I can handle them.

Q: What are you really looking forward to this year?

A: Just taking photos and going to football games.
